Abstract:
To provide an energy converting device capable of stably converting the moving energy of a moving fluid into rotation energy with high efficiency even if a moving direction of the moving fluid changes, and to realize a power generator with few restriction due to environments and with high installation flexibility.SOLUTION: In a fluid energy converting device, in a rotator that has an inner space defined by a rotatable boundary portion provided in a moving path of a fluid moving in an outer space, a converting portion for converting the moving energy of a fluid into rotation energy of which a mounting angle or a shape changes according to the inflow to the inner space and the outflow to the outer space of the moving fluid, is disposed on a boundary surface of the boundary position, thereby stabilizing conversion efficiency even if a moving direction or moving speed of the fluid frequently changes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
