Abstract:
To provide an energy conversion device which can suppress an influence to an environment caused by an arrangement, is high in a degree of an arrangement freedom, and can highly efficiently and stably convert the moving energy of the moving fluid to rotational energy and electrical energy even if a moving direction of the moving fluid is varied, and a power generator.SOLUTION: There is provided a fluid energy conversion device which generates a lift force or a resistance force, or a resistance force or a lift force according to the flow-in of a moving fluid into an internal space, and the flow-out of the moving fluid to an external space in a rotating body having the internal space which is partitioned by a rotatable boundary part arranged in a moving path of fluid which moves in the external space, and can stabilize conversion efficiency even if a moving direction or a moving speed of the fluid is frequently changed by arranging a conversion part for converting the moving energy of the fluid to the rotational energy at a boundary face of the boundary part.
