Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for converting plastic materials into oil, capable of continuously operating while being provided as compact and at a low cost.
SOLUTION: This device for converting the plastic materials into the oil is provided by installing, in a housing, a putting-in chamber equipped with a putting-in port for the plastic materials to be treated, a thermal decomposition chamber for thermally decomposing the plastic materials by heating with a heating means to convert them into gas, an upper and lower pair of gates for performing a blockage and communication of the thermal decomposition chamber with the putting-in chamber, an upper and lower pair of cooling chambers installed in the upper direction of the side part of the thermal decomposition chamber in the housing and cooling the gas generated in the thermal decomposition chamber, and a guiding surface at the gate inclined in a diagonal upper direction toward the cooling chamber from the thermal decomposition chamber to guide the gas generated in the thermal decomposition chamber to the cooling chamber.
