PURPOSE: To easily and accurately adjust the position of an article when conveying and cutting the article regardless of the size of the article only by the operation for adjusting the rotary pin.

CONSTITUTION: This device for conveying and cutting an article incorporates a rotary pin 41 including a pin 41p for dividing the article stream to be conveyed and a rod 41a of larger diameter than that of the pin 41p in parallel and eccentric therewith, and a mounting member 40 for amounting the article via rod 41a. Since the article can be displaced at a distance corresponding to the diameter of the rod 41a by rotating the rotary pin 41 via the pin 41p, the position of the article can be extremely easily adjusted regardless of the size of the article to be conveyed and cut. The member 40 has an oblique portion 40e on the upper surface thereof, and a spring 43 elastically connected to a substrate 42 of stationary position, and a cam 44 for lowering the article from floated state as designated by broken lines with a roller 45 moving in the direction of an arrow by the cam 44 to thus lower the pin 41 so as to prevent the articles from flowing.
