Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply correct the deflecting deformation caused asymmetrically at the time of bending a work in a state that the bed part and the ram part are asymmetrically deflected and deformed.
CONSTITUTION: Both ends of a beam 140 are energized with an energizing screw 132, and the beam is supported with a moving fulcrum 137c in the direction reverse to the energizing direction of the energizing screw 132. Therefore, the beam 140 is curved at the moving fulcrum 137c as the center. Then, plural numbers of lower wages 150 attached on the beam 140 are advanced or retreated depending on the curved state, and the supporting positions of upper wages whose inclining planes are main in contact with the lower wages are regulated. Accordingly, the supporting positions of the lower die mounted on the upper wages are made to change depending on the deflection amount of the beam 140. In this time, for setting the supporting position of the lower die, the moving fulcrum 137c is moved so as to cancel the asymmetrical deflecting deformation caused in the bed part and the ram part. Therefore, the deflection in the bed and the ram is corrected.
