Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the title device capable of accurately controlling the deflection (bending) of a blade during cutting processing.
CONSTITUTION: A blade position sensor 8 detecting the position of a blade 6 in the thickness direction thereof and electromagnets 10, 10a holding the blade 6 therebetween are arranged in the vicinity of the inner peripheral cutting edge 7 of the blade 6. The blade position sensor 8 is connected to a controller 16 through a sensor amplifier 12 and the electromagnets 10, 10a are connected to the controller 16 through current amplifiers 14, 14a.
