A device for creating setting information for designating printing condition is provided with: a receiving unit which receives image data from a user as the printing condition; an image recognition unit which executes graphical recognition processing to the image data; a pattern data storage unit which stores obtained one or more graphics as graphical information with the positions of the graphics in an image; and a conversion unit which refers to a conversion table that associates the kinds of the graphics and print setting items by one to one, and converts each piece of the obtained graphical information into corresponding setting information.
