Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for croquet capable of driving an alarm or announciation unit surely even if a remote-control unit is operated from the direction in which a reception element is behind the announciation unit, and no announciation unit of another gate without mistake when a light signal is transmitted to a gate from the remote-control unit.
SOLUTION: A gate 3 consists of a pair of right and left legs 6, 6 and a control box 5 supported thereby. On the box 5, a support part 7 is erected, and on the support part 7, an alarm or announciation unit 8 is set. A receiving element 9 is on the box 5 sideway of the unit 8. A light signal L2 transmitted from a remote-control unit 20 is reflected against an upper surface of the box 5 and made incident to the unit 9 though a gap T between the units 8, 9. Even if the unit 20 is operated from the direction in which the unit 9 is behind the unit 8, the unit 8 can be surely operated accordingly.
