PURPOSE: To enable the outer peripheral FRP layer of a composite pipe end having even different bores to be accurately cut by a motor planer provided on a vertically movable support lever by rotating a support tube inserted into a FRP composite pipe and pressed thereagainst to prevent said pipe from oscillation.

CONSTITUTION: A FRP composite pipe P having a support tube forcibly inserted therein to prevent oscillation is rotatably mounted on a base body 1. Struts 4, 5 are erected on both ends of the base body 1, and the strut 4 has a bracket 43 engaging at desired heights thereof by a set screw 45. Also, a support lever 44 parallel to a horizontal shaft 21 is mounted on the bracket 43. Also, the strut 5 is threaded into the base body 1 to be adjusted with respect to its height and have a bracket 52 fixed thereto by a screw 54. The bracket 52 is provided with a stopper lever 53 parallel to the shaft 21. The support lever 44 and stopper lever 53 are located according to scales provided on the struts 4, 5, and by pushing a motor planer 3 inserted on the support lever 44 until it abuts against the stopper lever 53 can be accurately cut the FRP layer of the composite pipe having different bores.
