Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of shortening the time required to convey members and prepare machining, and capable of efficiently blanking the required numbers of respective member forming one set.
SOLUTION: A device 1 for cutting a long material into the set size is constituted of an end cutting part 6 and a member blanking part 7, an end cutting device 13 for removing a unnecessary part such as an end suspending allowance of a long material 2 is provided on the cutting end part 6, a member blanking cutting device 30 is provided on the member blanking part 7, and the member blanking part 7 is continued to the end cutting pattern 6. The end cutting part 6 and the member blanking part 7 are respectively constituted into plural stages in the vertical direction, and various kinds of long materials 2 are supplied to respective stages. The end cutting device 13 and the member blanking cutting device 30 are vertically moved to cut the long materials 2 on respective stages at a stroke.
