PURPOSE: To provide a device having a roll for cutting a wide belt-like confection dough, a separation bar projected in the transfer region of the dough, a separation line disposed in the center of the transfer region, a direction-recovering bar, comb tooth-like arranged frame and a grooved roller, and capable of preventing the mutual adhesion of the cut dough sticks.
CONSTITUTION: In a device for preventing the mutual adhesion of cut dough sticks when a wide and belt-like stick confection dough is cut into the sticks each having a prescribed width, the confection dough 1 carried with a conveyor 11 is guided with a roller 2 in a vertical direction, and subsequently cut with a lower cutting roller 3 into the sticks each having the prescribed width. The cut dough sticks 4 are separated from each other with a separation bar 5 projected from the both the sides of the transfer region of the dough 4 toward its inside and lower direction on the one surface side of the transfer region and with a separation line 6 having a central curved part curved upward and in the inside direction and contacting with the central part of the cut dough 4 in the transfer region. The separated dough sticks are recovered with a direction-recovering bar 8 on the surface side different from the separation bar 5 and the separation cable 6, transferred to a conveyor 12 through a lower comb-like arranging frame 9 and a grooved roller 10 and subsequently cut into stick-like confections.
