PURPOSE: To compact the whole device, facilitate the treatment after cutting and make the changing work efficient.
CONSTITUTION: A body 23 is provided with a notch part 26 to pinch an instrumentation tube to be cut 24 or 25 and to cut it. Beside this notch part 26, a piston room 27 for cutting and a piston room 28 for pinching are provided. In the piston room 27 for cutting, a piston blade 29 is inserted, and in the piston room 28 for pinching, a piston shaft 30 connected by a small diameter tube receiver 38 is inserted. To the left end of the body 23, on the other hand, a small diameter tube stage 44 for piston blade is screwed in the position opposit to the piston blade 29 and a small diameter tube receiver stage 46 is screwed in the position opposit to the small diameter tube receiver 38 of the piston shaft 30 and each tip end projects to the notch part 26. Each piston room 27, 28 connects to a hydropressure system for driving the piston blade 29 and the piston shaft 30.
