PURPOSE: To provide a simpler device for cutting with wrapping capable of performing the production of a food obtained by wrapping an inside wrapped material with an outside wrapping material, such as bean jam buns stably and continuously at a high speed.
CONSTITUTION: This device for cutting with wrapping is obtained by fixing shafts so as to surround a passage port on a base having the passage port for rod like dough, fitting each of angular pieces for cutting with wrapping the rod shaped dough to each shaft so as to contact only by its tip part with the neighboring angular piece. Each of angular pieces A to F slidingly moves reciprocately on each shaft synchronously when the driving force is delivered, and the angular pieces open and close an enclosure formed by the angular pieces so as to cut with wrapping the rod like dough 4 passing through at the middle of the enclosure. Since each angular piece slides independently on the shaft, no compressed contact between the angular pieces occurs, then a heat generation and an abrasion are suppressed, and a working for a long period at a high speed becomes possible.
