Abstract:
To provide a device for decreasing tension variation of an overhead wire, that decreases tension variation arising in an overhead wire by using a simple structure.SOLUTION: When, for example, air temperature rises and an overhead wire 1 elongates, a cylinder part 5 retracts in a Ddirection according to spring force of a spring 9, such that tensile force T of the overhead wire 1 decreases. Therefore, a slider 17f retracts in the Ddirection guided by a guide member 17g, while a connection member 17i of a toggle mechanism unit 17 retracts in the Ddirection integrally with a linking part 15. As a result, a link member 17a rotates in a Ddirection around a pin 17c as a rotation center, an angle α gradually increases, additional tension Tarising in the Ddirection according to load P applied to a pin 17d gradually increases, and the additional tension Tacts on the linking part 15 as tensile force. Accordingly, tensile force acts on the overhead wire 1 as the additional tension Tthrough the linking part 15 and an insulator 2, so that tensile force T of the overhead wire 1 gradually increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
