Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for dehydrating boiled noodles capable of omitting subdividing operation of boiled noodles after dehydrating treatment.
CONSTITUTION: This device for dehydrating boiled noodles, capable of removing water drops, etc., attached to boiled noodles by centrifugal force, is equipped with rotatably set rotary plates 26 connected to an electrically-driven motor, plural baskets 32 made of a net, etc., to divide boiled noodles and plural ring materials 28 which are respectively fixed to the peripheral edges of the rotary plates 26 and to which the respective plural baskets 32 are detachably fixed, in a casing 12 placed on a base.
