Abstract:

PURPOSE: To inspect the absorption center of an optical part for an IR laser without contact in short time by projecting IR laser light to an object to be inspected, picking-up the image of said object with an IR camera, processing the output signal thereof and displaying the temp. distribution condition of the object to be inspected.

CONSTITUTION: An IR laser beam 11 from an IR laser light generator 10 is projected through a plane mirror 12 and a beam expander 14 to a light absorptive body 16 such as carbon black. An object 18 to be inspected is disposed between the expander 14 and the body 16. The image of the object 18 is picked-up by an IR camera 20 and the video signal thereof is processed with an image processing device 22. The temp. distribution condition of the object 18 is displayed by an image display device 24.
