Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a simple structure preventing the remaining of dust substantially and to enable safe and easy execution of a washing operation and remote monitoring of a pressure display. CONSTITUTION:A pressure detecting opening 3 and a counter-bored hole 6 having a larger diameter than the opening 3 are provided in the peripheral wall part of an object medium passage part 1. In this counter-bored hole 6, a strain-generating main body part 8, a diaphragm part 9 and an insert cylinder member 10 are fitted integrally. The strain-generating main body part 8 is pressed on one end face of a gasket 18 by a screwing action of a tightening nut 20 through the intermediary of a cylindrical collar 19, so that it be held thereon. At least the parts (a hollow passage 2, the pressure detecting opening 3, the counter-bored hole 6, the gasket 18, the pressure-receiving-side end face 8b of the strain-generating main body part 8) which come into contact with a pressure medium are finished to be specular so as to prevent occurrence of phenomena of production, sticking and remaining of dust. The pressure of a medium to be measured is detected by converting it into a resistance value of a strain gage 11 attached on the diaphragm part 9, and the detected value is subjected to amplification, a waveform processing, etc., properly and led out by a cable 40.
