Abstract:
To provide a multi-interface device and an IC card including it, which determines the type of an interface protocol installed in a host to select and support the interface protocol according to the determination result.
The IC card comprises a processor, a contact pad part connected to a host via a plurality of contact pads, a host interface identification part configured to have at least one pull-up resistor and at least one pull-down resistor for selectively connecting them to the contact pad part to identify a host interface condition, and a logic configured to use a plurality of interface protocols.
