A battery pack formed of a plurality of groups each of which is formed of a plurality of electric cells comprises: an equalization processing part (101) that performs an equalization process for equalizing the voltage of each of the plurality of the electric cells when voltage value dispersion occurs that exceeds a threshold value among the plurality of electric cells forming each of the plurality of groups; an execution frequency information acquisition part (102) that acquires information on the execution frequency of the equalizing processing by the equalization processing part for each of the plurality of groups; and a determination part (103) that determines the reusability of each group on the basis of the execution frequency of each group indicated by the information acquired by the execution frequency information acquisition part.
