Abstract:
To provide an equipment diagnostic device capable of easily changing a charge person for detected failure of equipment.SOLUTION: An equipment diagnostic device generates a different failure link by a failure ID and an account ID corresponding to a destination, then sends a failure mail including the generated failure link to each destination, then, receives access to the failure link. Then, the device identifies the failure ID and the account ID on the basis of the failure link for which access is received, then, if the identified account ID is not a charge person ID associated with the identified failure ID, generates a failure corresponding page comprising a charge person change button which allows a user to select whether to set the identified account ID to the charge person ID, and sends the generated failure corresponding page to a terminal of an access source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
