Abstract:
To prevent defects in a hot-metal pressing part of a die-casting die.SOLUTION: In a device for die-casting 1, a hollow part 64 is formed on a die-casting article 60 by pressurizing rods 43 provided in second pressurizing means 40, 41, 42, 43. A pressure rod advance/retract hole 34 for enabling the advance/retract movement of the pressure rod 43 provided in the second pressurizing means and a cooling hole 35 for cooling a hot-metal pressing part 33 by circulating cooling water are formed inside the hot-metal pressing part (sprue pin) 33, provided in a die-casting die 10. The distance dimension L from the outer surface 33A on the side where a biscuit part 61 is formed in the hot-metal pressing part 33 to the pressure rod advance/retract hole 34 has a length of 2.5 to 6 times as much as the maximum diameter dimension φ of the cooling hole 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
