PURPOSE: To easily and ceretainly discharge, on occasion of disposal, residual gas or liquid out of a sealed container for liquid chemicals or paint that ejects in spray gas or liquid inside the container on occasion of use.

CONSTITUTION: In a container 1 wherein gas or liquid inside the container 1 is discharged in spray with a spray pipe 2 pressed against the container 1, a device for discharging residual gas or liquid on occasion of disposing the container is so constructed that the residual gas or liquid inside the container 1 is discharged to the outside, through the spray pipe 2, a spray cap 5, and a vent 3a of a cap 3, on occasion of disposal with a pressing device 4, rotatively mounted on the cap 3 of the container, turned, making the tip thereof press the spray cap 5.
