Abstract:

PURPOSE: To greatly improve the productivity by discriminating excess or shortage of the product weight and separating the product into a good product and a defective product based on the this discrimination.
CONSTITUTION: A discriminating device 1 is attached to an ingot-making device having inner hollow part. The ingot is received in the discriminating device 1 and it is discriminated whether this ingot is good or not based on the product weight. A weighting means 3 for measuring the product weight of the ingot is arranged in the discriminating device 1, and a weighting table 2 laying the ingot and the weighting mechanism are arranged in this device. Further, a discriminating circuit for discriminating whether the spheroidal ingot product is good or not based on the excess or the shortage of the product weight with the weighting means 3 is internally arranged. The good product and the defective product are separated with a selecting means 10 based on a signal of this discriminating circuit. The selecting means 10 is constituted with ingot separating table bases 5, 6 arranged at the right and the left part, the weighting means 3 for holding the ingot and a sliding member 9 for shifting between the table based 5, 6. By this method, the delection of the defective product can automatically be executed.
