PURPOSE: To remove the whole molding flask by setting a basket incorporating a casting attached with the molding flask and having many hole parts and arranging a space enabling piling of broken pieces of the molding flask at the lower part thereof.
CONSTITUTION: An disintegrating and removing device for molding flask is used and the molding flask is disintegrated and removed from the casting by heating in alkali metal hydroxide water solution under pressurizing. At least one of basket enabling incorporation of the casting attached with the molding flask in the inner part of this device and having many hole parts 2, 3. Hooks 1 for charging/discharging by hanging a wire, etc., are arranged in the basket. The space enabling the piling of the broken pieces of the molding flask disintegrated and removed is arranged at the lower part of the device. The molding flask is made to contain silica. Further, the molding flask is the one used by a lost wax method. In this way, the disintegrated broken pieces of the molding flask can easily be taken out.
