Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a fare adjustment manager to easily and exactly capture fare adjusting efficiency by displaying the moving mean value of a manufacturing time calculated by a mean manufacturing time calculating means.
SOLUTION: A planning time setting and displaying part 5 at the front part of a control box 1d sets a planning time scheduled as a time required for manufacturing one instrument panel, and displays the set planning time. Also, a planned manufacture number displaying part 7 displays the number of formation (planned number of manufacture) of the instrument panels to be formed since a limit switch is switched from an ON state to an OFF state until the present time. Moreover, an actual manufacture number displaying part 6 displays the number of formation (actual number of manufacture) of the instrument panels actually formed sine the timer is started until the present time. Then, a mean manufacturing time displaying part 10 displays the moving mean value (mean manufacturing time) of the manufacturing time calculated from the instrument set number of manufacture (number of setting) of the instrument panels and the actual manufacture time required for manufacturing the instrument panels only for the set number.
