To solve the problem that water which dissolves air supersaturatedly cannot be efficiently prepared due to requiring a pressurized pump and a pressure control valve in a conventional air dissolving device.
Water dissolved with air supersaturatedly in a dissolving tank can be prepared, by a batchwise treatment, only by the power of an air compressor using an air dissolving device shown by Fig.
