The part is provided with: a configuring element information processing part 10 for storing processing classification and processing date information obtained by adding and editing the configuring elements of the drawing on the drawing in a drawing data file 9; and a configuring element information display part 11 for displaying the added/edited content and processing date information of the configuring element of the drawing designated by the input device on the display device.
