PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques allowing an OS to securely utilize all device drivers installed as OSGi bundles.SOLUTION: The device driver activation monitoring program is itself constructed as an OSGi bundle, waits until all device drivers constructed as OSGi bundles complete activation under control of OSGi, and upon the completion of the activation gives notification of it to an OS of an electronic apparatus.
