To inexpensively provide device for driving a blade for a camera, wherein assembly work is facilitated by forming one block body where stators of a plurality of electromagnetic actuators are attached to a printed circuit board and attaching the block body to a bottom board to which a plurality of rotors are attached in advance.

The rotors 8 and 9 equipped with output pins 8c and 9c coupled with a shutter blade and an aperture blade are rotatably attached to the bottom board 1. Stator frames 10 and 13 respectively have plate parts 10b and 10c, and 13b and 13c two by two while putting bobbin parts 10a and 13a in which the leg parts 12b and 15b of yokes 12 and 15 are inserted in between, and are attached to the flexible printed circuit board 16 in such a state that: a fall-off preventing part 10k of the stator frame 10 prevents the yoke 15 from falling off; and the a fall-off preventing part 13g of the stator frame 13 prevents the yoke 12 from falling off. The block body is attached to the attaching shafts 1c to 1F of the bottom board 1.
