Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the deviation from a carrying motion curve to a press by synchronizing the deviation of the carrying motion curve to the press developed in the feed beam according to the elevating/lowering movement of the lift beam with the elevating/lowering movement of a lift beam and converting it into the shifting movement to the press line direction.
SOLUTION: A connecting link 60 between a connecting rod 56 and the bracket of a rack beam 51 is turned from a position (a) at the angle θ1 corresponding to a lift height H to a position (b) in the press line L direction. A slider 54 fitted to the tip part of the connecting rod 56 executes the shifting movement in the horizontal direction of the stroke distance S in the press line L direction while guiding a horizontal rod 66 by turning the connecting link 60, and the elevating/lowering movement of the lift beam 13 is synchronized with the shifting movement and can easily converted into the horizontal movement of the slider 54. Therefore, the unnecessary deviation from the carrying motion curve to the press developed to a feed beam according to the elevating/ lowering movement of the lift beam can easily be eliminated.
