In a cracking/peptizing device for earth and sand wherein, inside a casing 1 having a feeding port 15 and a discharging port 16 at one end and at the other end, respectively, rotors each having cracking blades 29 are provided, and earth and sand fed into the casing 1 from the feeding port 15 is cracked/peptized by the rotors and is discharged to outside the system from the discharging port 16, the rotors are made to have plural planetary axes 6 rotated and revolved, and on each of the planetary axes 6, plural cracking blades 29 are arranged.
