CONSTITUTION: This graphic/image editing device for editing a dynamic graphic/ image from a static graphic/image is constituted of an input part 1 for fetching static graphic/image data from the external, an object generating part 2 for generating a part optionally selected from the inputted static graphic/image as an object, a layout information managing part 3 for storing and managing time line information indicating the positional information and display time band of each generated object on a layout screen correspondingly to the graphic/ image data of the object, an object editing part 5 for executing various edition such as the edition of the layout information and time line information of the object.
