Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a trailing edge part of a sheet from being bent caused by fast-forwarding by providing a device with two solution application rollers, applying solution by rotating the rollers at a higher speed than the carrying speed of a sheet material and reversely rotating the rollers while the free trailing edge part of the sheet material is faced to the respective application rollers.
CONSTITUTION: Two solution applicators 201 and 202 are provided between a resist roller pair 106 and the offset belt 301 and the upper heating roller 305 of a toner peeling unit. Generally, the application rollers 201b and 202b of the respective applicators are normally rotated at a high speed in the carrying direction of the sheet material 1. Then, the first roller 201b is reversely rotated at least while the trailing edge of the sheet material is separated from the roller pair 106 and faced to the roller pair 201b. The second roller 202b is reversely rotated at least while the trailing edge of the sheet material is separated from the first roller 201b and faced to the second roller 202b.
