To provide a device for obtaining a lubricating oil, more strongly preventing the oxidation deterioration of the lubricating oil, reducing an economic load by elongating the frequency of exchange more.

The device for enhancing the surface activity of the lubricating oil is obtained by installing a tip discharging part of a high-voltage resistant wire connected to the high-voltage output side of a high-voltage direct-current power source in the midway of a flow path of pressurized air in the inside of the air flow path. The device is used so that a hydroxyl ion (H3O2) generated by the contact of the discharge part with the water in the air may be mixed with the flowing air in the flow path, and the mixed air may be brought into contact with the lubricating oil by releasing the mixed air into the interior of the lubricating oil.
