PURPOSE: To prevent jamming and damages of grain particles in the captioned feeding device for a grain particle regulator, etc. by disposing an equal diffuser below a discharge port of a chute pipe and mounting below the diffuser a grain flowing plate connected to the supply port of a throwing up type grain lifter.

CONSTITUTION: The grain particles supplied through a chute pipe 1 from a bucket type grain lifter 8 dash against a blade 19 of an equal diffuser 4 to rotate the diffuser 4, resulting in decreasing the speed the flowing down grain particles and preventing pulsating flow of said grains so as to equally divided a flow of grains to be a continuous fixed flow. Subsequently the grain particles are supplied through a supply port 5 to a throwing up type grain lifter 2. In this arrangement, the grain particles are kept away from jamming and damages caused by collision among grain particles.
