In the device provided with the fuel cell as the main power source or an auxiliary power source, the fuel cell is constituted of the fuel cell main body having an anode part, a cathode part, and an electrolyte membrane, a condenser for liquefying the steam produced from the fuel cell main body, and an auxiliary device having a water storage part for storing the liquefied produced water. The fuel cell is substantially in an airtight state in all the portions except the intake port and the exhaust port, and at least exhaust is made from the exhaust port directly communicated with the outside without exhaustion from the main body portion of the device.
