Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the diameter and length of a roll to be processed and the size of a hole to be chucked, when the roll to be processed is moved into a process chamber.
SOLUTION: This device has a means 20 for moving in and moving a roll R to be processed, roll diameter/length measurement means 30, and a measurement means 40 for the diameter of a hole to be chucked. A roll placement tray 25 is inclined and the roll R to be processed is placed on a roll placement plate 26 and stood. Then the roll placement tray 26 is held horizontal and the diameter and length of the roll are measured by the roll diameter/length measurement means 30. The diameter of the hole to be chucked is measured by the measurement means 40 for the diameter of the hole to be chucked.
