To provide a device that can safely convey and erect a control panel which is a heavy load.
The device includes a movable dolly with a crank-shaped framework in a planar view, a panel-fixing stand supported by the movable dolly, and an attitude control mechanism part for shifting the attitude of the panel-fixing stand to an erection state from an inclination state on the movable dolly. The panel-fixing stand, while being equipped with a base part which carries the floor side of the control panel and a back part supporting the rear surface of the control panel, has support rollers projecting laterally to the right and left of the base part. The attitude control mechanism part includes a linkage mechanism part, an erection winch for the panel-fixing stand and an inclination winch for the panel-fixing stand. The erection winch connects one end of a first rope for pulling the panel-fixing stand backward with the panel-fixing stand, while connecting the other end of the first rope with a first winding reel. Further, the inclination winch connects one end of a second rope for pulling the panel-fixing stand forward with the panel-fixing stand, while connecting another end of the second rope with a second winding reel. The rear part of the movable dolly includes a common rotation mechanism part which turns the first and second widing reel together.
