This invention is concerning a burglary preventing device. The device is provided with the upper part bar and the lower part bar 1 being mutually in parallel. the lower part bar 1 is provided with the bending part 3 bending upwards by 90° and the upper part bar 2 is provided with an article identifying part and the tab holder 5 for another information in an outer end. The upper part and the lower part bars 1 and 2 are one continuous rod where an inner end is bent. A device 4 for fixing the bars to the wall or the shelf of a store is provided in the inner end of the bars. The article to be exhibited is hung on the lower part bar 1.
