This device is composed of a bend roller device 3 to bend the extruded wire rod from a extrusion machine 1 to an annular shape, a rotary bucket 7 to load the wire rod bent in an annular shape, a speed control device 9 to coincide a rotating speed of the rotary bucket 7 with the detected speed by detecting a feed speed of the wire rod of a bend roller device 3 and a carrier stand 10 for transferring, by which the coiled wire rod loaded on the rotary bucket 7 is reversed together with the rotary bucket 7, transferred and used for a feed stand for a next process.
