To provide a device for fixing voice coil motor position for positioning an auto-focusing lens module of a miniaturized camera.
This device comprises a voice coil motor, a position-feedback sensor, and a positioning controller. The coil of the voice coil motor is of a movable type, and its power cable is structured with a flexible board of a flat eddy outline. The coil and the power cable are fixed. The position-feedback sensor comprises an light-shielding unit, a light-reflecting plate having a full-white or black-and-white color block, and a special bias circuit for detect the continuous movement of the movable part of the voice coil motor. The positioning controller receives the signal of the positioning feedback sensor, performs proportional, differential, integration operations, and controls the movement of the voice coil motor precisely through a power amplifier.
