Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forcedly stopping a vehicle, which is placed under a tire of the vehicle to make continuation of running difficult without lowering the tire of the vehicle forcing its way through and running.SOLUTION: Since an adhesive material is attached to a tire so that a vehicle can be gently stopped without puncturing the tire, secondary damage caused by using a vehicle stop device is reduced.
