Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form an anodizing film on an Al product at high formation rate by spraying an alumite liquid and applying electric current from a pipe as a cathode to the surface of the Al product as the anode. CONSTITUTION:A work chuck 11 is stretched by a hydraulic cylinder 12 driven by a motore 13, so that a rod product 1 held by the work chuck 11 is inserted to a desired position of the alumite liquid injection outlet 4c of a pipe 4. Then a circulator pump 8 is operated to send the alumite liquid 10 to the injection outlet 4c from an alumite liquid tank 9, while a rectifier 14 is turned on to apply plus voltage on the work chuck 11 and on the rod product 1 and minus voltage on the pipe 4. Thereby, the alumite liquid is continuously sprayed from the injection outlet 4c to the rod product to form an anodization film on the outer peripheral part of the rod product.
