To provide a page turning-over device and a music stand or a book stand that follow conventional music scores or conventional books being paper media and the conventional music-stand form, allows arbitrary and sure forward or backward page-turning to be automatically executed without using hands of a player himself or herself while being diversified into various kinds in a nonconventional manner.
A conventional music score or the like is placed on a music stand. Each arbitrary page is held by each clip or the like. A drive shaft is laterally turned by stepping of a foot pedal. Consequently, forward turning or backward turning of the music-score page is automatically executed by a page turning-over mechanism to allow a player to concentrate on playing without using his or her hands for page turning-over. An embodiment of the diversified music stands does not limit places where the music stand is used or allows the simultaneous operation of a plurality of the music stands and the remote operation of page turning-over of a music score on the music stand by using a wireless-footswitch specification.
