Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating extremely high purity steam without installing a water treatment device for purifying water for obtaining boiler water and without causing any hazard to superheat water tubes.
SOLUTION: This device for generating higher purity steam by separating residual liquids from dried steam is provided with a steam/drain separator 20, a steam purity enhancing unit 40 and a connection line 30 for connecting one end to a port 22 for withdrawing dried steam from the separator 20 and another end to a port 41 for taking dried steam into the unit 40. The separator 20 is a cylindrical shape to be erectly installed and is provided with a port 21 for taking steam generated from a steam boiler 10 and the port 2. The unit 40 is provided with the port 41 and a port 42 for discharging high purity steam.
