Abstract:
To provide a device for grinding the end face of an edge of the workpiece hole specially the ring shape surface capable of very accurately forming or machining a small end face, especially a ring shape surface, on the hole edge and having the required space as narrow as possible.
This device is provided with a driven grinding tool 1 with the grinding surface of the grinding tool 1 being angled to the center axis 2 of a guide pin 7 which is dimensioned so that it can be accurately inserted into an existing hole machined, for example, by honing and is also connected to the grinding tool 1 which is periodically slidable in the lateral direction with respect to the center axis 2 of the guide pin 7.
