Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a hardening device which turns a turnable movable part to expose a center pipe, to easily remove and exchange the center pipe and moves a base plate so that a line drawing fiber becomes the center of the center pipe to align the hardening device and the fiber and easily accesses to a magnetron.
CONSTITUTION: The hardening device contains a housing containing a part of an elliptical hardening room where a bulb extending is a vertical direction is provided and a guide member for supporting a magnetron and it is supported by a base plate 68. A triangular gusset plate 82 controlled so that the connection part of the elliptical hardening room is combined with the movable part in which is center pipe where the line drawing optical fiber extends in the middle is placed and which can turn is provided outside the housing. A exhaust system is supported by the gusset plate 82.
