Abstract:
To provide a device with an actuator sensor module.SOLUTION: The actuator sensor module is set in the device body with a longer side of 0.2 mm to 6 mm, a width of 0.1 mm to 5.5 mm, and a hight of 0.1 mm to 2.5 mm, and includes: a substrate 11; at least one sensor 12; at least one actuator 13; a drive/transfer control unit 14; and a battery 15, the at least one sensor, the at least one actuator, the drive/transfer control unit, and the battery being deposited on the substrate, and the at least one actuator being arranged near the sensor and having at least one passage. A fluid is flown out of the passage and passes the location of the sensor when the actuator is driven, and the fluid having contacted with the sensor is measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
