To inexpensively and compactly provide a rotary cover which secures sufficient cover opening height even immediately after opening the rotary cover, by which a cartridge does not drop or fall out from a device perfectly after opening the rotary cover even when the cartridge covered with the rotary cover at a rotary cover closing position exists, and which is good in use feeling.

The device has the rotary cover mechanism having a cover rotating with a shaft as center, a 1st pressing part acting to stop the rotation of the cover, a 2nd pressing part rotating the cover in one direction, and a pressing means integrally equipped with the 1st and the 2nd pressing parts.
