Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for heat recovery from molten slag heat, having a simple structure with high heat recovery efficiency.SOLUTION: The device for heat recovery from molten slag comprises: a fluidized bed 3 in which a fluidized medium 32 obtained by pulverizing a solidified slag is fluidized; a stag storage 4 for dripping the molten slag to the fluidized bed 3; a heat transfer pipe 7 for recovering heat from the fluidized layer 3; and a drawing device 21 for recovering a solidified slag 34 in the fluidized bed 3. Molten slag droplets 31 dripped in the fluidized bed 3 from the slag storage 4 are solidified, and heat generated at that time is transferred to the heat transfer pipe 7 through the fluidized medium 32, and therefore, the device has excellent heat recovery efficiency and can be made small. A device for dividing the molten slag droplets by spraying a two-phase flow 26 of gas and solid before the molten slag reaches the fluidized bed 3, or a device having an apparatus for dividing a semi-solidified slag 33 by agitating the fluidized medium by an agitation paddle 37 provided in the fluidized bed 3 is installed to control a grain diameter of a solidified substance obtained by solidifying the molten slag droplets.
